Cathy Duprey, Owner/Broker of Duprey Real Estate, LLC has been approved as an Accredited Seller Representative (ASR). ASR Designees are committed to adhering to a stringent standard of ethics, and are trained to deliver true "value added services" to today’s sellers.   The quality of representation to the seller is demonstrated in honesty in pricing, as well as thorough research and preparation in completing and presenting the market analysis. The most important commitment of the ASR is to demonstrate professional conduct and integrity in every aspect of their real estate career. Requirements for this designation include completion of a 12 hour class, certification of 10 closed transactions, and 3 letters of favorable recommendation from clients. Ongoing continuing education is also required to maintain good standing. The Eastern Ct. Association of Realtors has announced that Cathy has achieved the award for sales in the top 5% of all REALTORS in the Eastern Ct. Association, for 2005. This award is determined by the total number of transactions and the dollar volume closed. Of the 1500 Realtors, 75 achieved this distinction.
